Job description
The application testing lead is a hands-on role that requires strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Using in-depth analysis and test design skills, you'll work directly with business and IT organization to develop and deliver test strategies, test plans, and test cases for multiple small to medium size projects.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Experience in analyzing requirements and designing/executing test cases using HP Quality Center
- At least 3 years experience in Leading testing teams
- At least 5 years experience in Excellent client interaction and communication skills (written and verbal)
- At least 3 years experience in Gather requirements and present solutions
- Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 7 years experience in Experience in analyzing requirements and designing/executing test cases using HP Quality Center
- At least 5 years experience in Leading testing teams
- At least 7 years experience in Excellent client interaction and communication skills (written and verbal)
- At least 5 years experience in Gather requirements and present solutions
- At least 3 years experience in Financial Services Industry experience
- English : Intermediate
