Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the development of Channel strategy in line with General Surgery business strategy and in the assigned region developing Distribution Management & Development capability for General Surgery organization and its respective business focus in Suture, Endo and S2.
- Responsible for coordinating General Surgery and its BU's distributor territory planning & commercial BP with sales team in the assigned region.
- Follow JJMC Channel Management process and guideline of distributor management; perform distributor management in recruiting, development, daily issues resolution and termination of General Surgery distributors in the assigned region.
- Responsible for the development of a viable General Surgery distribution system, align with business development needs strengthen 1st/ & 2nd tier distributor capability, develop and carry out needed programs with local RSM/DSM/TSM, enhance distribution channel effectiveness in the assigned region.
- Establish distributor pool of General Surgery in the assigned region in line with business strategy support business growth and development. Identify and screen distributor candidates in different layers.
- Assist the set up of the Monitor/Evaluate KPI system across General Surgery BU's distributors, work with RSM/DSM/TSM for providing performance trend (GDP) analysis and recommendation based on report of distributor performance in sales, data submission and product flow.
- Support the commercial management of PA in key accounts and support the PA programs in the assigned region.
- Organize distributor meetings, training, drive synergy and collaboration among distributors.
- Conduct distributor management training to sales team enhancing DT management skills.
- Responsible for assisting the development of General Surgery Tender Strategy and the coordinating of its BUs tender management in key tenders, reinforce General Surgery tender management process and tender pricing management in the assigned region. Build up professional relations with tender organization in the assigned region, monitor closely the local government policy with GA&CC tender team.
- Responsible for strengthening DT's hospital channel capability, and cross General Surgery BUs in assigned key/Strategic accounts in the assigned region.
- Ensure the compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet the corporate HCC requirement and JJMC company guidelines.
Qualifications
Qualification Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 3 years sales management experience (TSM/DSM and above) and/or 3 years distributor management experience in commercial sales preferred.
- Strong customer and market focus mind with business acumen and solid skills in distributor management.
