Description

1. Provide financial analysis to advise leadership team on matters related to strategy and business performance, and leads special projects and initiatives as necessary

2. Assist to lead the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company.
- Work together with the planning manager on overall resource optimization
- Assist to obtain the final approval of annual Business Plan.

1. Lead long range financial planning (LRFP) process:
- Coordinate with corporate on requirements.
- Develop internal process and partner with internal groups to that supports and appropriately challenges business unit and functional strategic plans and financial forecasts
- Co - lead all portfolio analysis required together with BD team
- Assist to put together the presentation deck for regional review

1. Act as the primary contact person. Coordinate and develop consistent and thorough analysis to provide information related to

- Planning cycles

Qualifications


1. At least 6 years relevant experience in MNC, preferred in healthcare industry
2. University degree or MBA(preferred) in Finance, Economics and/or CFA or equivalent experience
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English
4. Proven ability to present to management and senior leadership
5. Proven ability to work with cross functional team members and persuade actions without having managerial responsibility
6. Strong financial modeling skills would be a plus
