**This position can be located in Milwaukee,WI or Chicago, IL **

Provide leadership and direction for delivery of Application Development services. Key responsibilities include contract management and governance, service provider relationship management, budget development and management, service delivery, service level agreement monitoring and measurement, issue resolution, service request management, and continuous improvement.  

Application Development Service Management and Governance
- Lead the management and administration of application development outsourcing agreements, including scope management, financial management, service level agreements, and service management processes
- Develop and leverage effective working relationships with service providers to maximize the value of strategic relationships
- Provide overall leadership for the operational delivery of outsourced application development services, including service delivery, service level monitoring and reporting, problem management, capacity planning, service request management, and relationship management
- Lead the definition and execution continuous improvement initiatives for application development services
- Work in collaboration with other management in Business Information Solutions to ensure the timely and effective involvement of application development services for new applications and large enhancements
- Develop and manage the baseline budget for application management services
- Lead and develop Service Delivery team members, growing the experience and expertise of the department  

People management and Budgets
- Practice strong management routines that support employee development
- Effectively lead the MillerCoors performance management process to drive team/individual goals and team/individual performance
- Develop the team and direct reports to work in a matrix environment and develop a culture of collaboration
- Ensure a one team BIS reputation focused on crafting solutions that sell more beer

Budgetary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the budgets and monitoring spend for this function
 

Education and experience
- Bachelors Degree; Masters Degree preferred
- Certification in ITIL or COBIT frameworks preferred
- 6-8+ years experience in vendor management and; 6-8+ years experience in one of the following IT subject areas desired: 
- Contract Management 
- Relationship/Account Management 
- Enterprise architecture 
- Outsourced services management

Skills and knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of the technology outsourcing industry, and the ability to leverage industry trends and partner capabilities to ensure that services provided to Miller are reflective of industry best practices
- Ability to communicate tactical and strategic outsourcing issues and opportunities to a broad range of Information Systems and functional stakeholders
- Ability to develop mid-range and long-range strategic plans for information technology outsourcing
- Broad knowledge of information technology sourcing practices to support the identification and exploitation of opportunities to leverage technology service providers on a global scale
- Advanced knowledge of all aspects of information technology including, but not limited to: 
- Strategic uses of a wide variety of technologies 
- Strategic and tactical uses of technology service providers 
- Organizational, services, and emerging technology trends 
- Sourcing trends and strategies 
- Working knowledge of the contractual terms and conditions related to the services provided, ensuring that budgetary service credits are being applied as necessary 
- Budget and financial management related to;   , 3 rd party contracts and services, procurement, projects and support 
- Management and execution of large, multi-year contractual agreements
