- Expert knowledge of mobility architecture/designs and requirements development/solutions definition
- 5+ years people management experience

- Experience in Agriculture or Biotech
- Proponent of usability principles and user centered design
- Excellent personal presence with proven ability to work with all levels of management
- Mobile application development experience
- Mobile security experience
- Mobile device management experience
- Integrating mobility management solutions with other corporate systems (eg. Active Directory, exchange)
