POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for partnering with business teams in order to achieve their business goals through the application of technology tools and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Has overall responsibility for the establishment of local IT processes and business partnerships

Interface and manage strategic relationships with partners by representing and promoting IT capabilities

Leads assignments, programs and projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring that project plans are defined and executed to achieve the business and technical objectives while following SDLC methodology, validation rules or compliance guidelines as needed

Provides partners with alternative solutions and recommendations for business case, leveraging existing technology where possible

Establishes and deploys standards and procedures for IT in alignment with the global/regional IT organizations' standards and procedures

Works with business owners to develop training plan and materials; assess training requirements and recommend training, change management, communication and execution plans

Partners with business in managing technology vendor relationships and contractual agreements

Provide ongoing system support as required

Partnering within a global matrix organization to successfully achieve business goals

Responsible for managing business escalations, ensuring issues are handled in a timely manner

Qualifications


University degree in Business or Information Technology related program or equivalent

Minimum of 4 years business and/or technology management experience, including team and project management

Experience working with validated systems, CRM, web and mobile technologies

Strong partnering, collaboration and negotiating skills Extensive experience in partnering/collaborating with business partners, stakeholders and vendors

Strong problem - solving and reasoning skills (critical thinking)

Advanced organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills

Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

Strong analytical and project mgmt skills required, including a thorough understanding of translating customer business needs into technology requirements, as well as budget and resource planning...
