The Onshore technical lead will require Java, J2EE and SQL experience. The J2EE framework used is Spring and the candidate should be having expert level programming knowledge in Sprint framework. The person will be leading an offshore team and coordinate with the team back in India advising the team members and coordinating delvery. The person also will be doing code review and will need to work with client leads and managers for project management and deployment.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in Java/ J2EE
- At least 2 years experience in Spring Framework
- At least 1 year experience in Project and program management
- At least 1 year experience in SQL
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- At least 6 years experience in Java/ J2EE
- At least 4 years experience in Spring Framework
- At least 2 years experience in Project and program management
- At least 2 years experience in SQL
