Job description
SharePoint Administrator will work with contract personnel, and Government customers to operate maintain and develop SharePoint 2010 sites, farms, and portal. SharePoint Administrator ensures system availability and reliability for all SharePoint servers on Department of Defense networks SIPRNET, NIPRNET, and all coalition networks.
-Experience with MS SharePoint to include Windows Server 2008 R2
-Knowledge or experience of SharePoint architecture, VM Ware, Web Parts, workflows, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio
-Experience with supporting .Net development teams
-8570 certification such as Security+
-Experience with standing up, operating and maintaining SharePoint sites, farms and/or portals, central administration of SharePoint and development of custom SharePoint sites
-Experience with Windows 2008 operating systems and configuring servers for database operations
-Experience with virtualizing SharePoint servers
-Experience with maintaining a large number of farms on different networks
-Experience with managing and supporting SharePoint portal farms, and using development coding languages like C# and Visual Basic
-Sound written and verbal communication skills and ability to give coherent briefings
Required Skills:
Must be deployable to other countries and must have a Secret clearance.
Required

â?¢ At least 1 year experience in MS SharePoint development to include
â?¢ At least 1 year experience in SharePoint administration
â?¢ At least 1 year experience in Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, VM Ware, MS Clustering Services, MS SCOM.
â?¢ At least 1 year experience in supporting .Net development teams
â?¢ At least 1 year experience in standing up, operating and maintaining SharePoint sites
â?¢ Certified in 8570 certification such as Security+
â?¢ Security clearance of Secret
â?¢ Readiness to travel Up to 2 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
â?¢ U.S. citizenship required
â?¢ English: Basic knowledge
