General description:
The Regional Manager Field Sales Training is responsible for the developing and implementation of a strategic learning model for the sales force across Latin America in the General Surgery Organization. And for strategy and implementation of LAF (Latin American Forum)
Functions:
- Develop a strategy and lead implementation of Product training content and the related metrics.
- Strategy and implementation of non clinical stakeholders educational and awareness programs
- Develop the strategy and leading the implementation of LAF (Latin American Forum) including budget management.
- Preparation of congress innovation Rooms
- Develop internal and external training needs assessments.
- Incorporate Global Surgery product information Energy, Mentor, Biosurgicals and also any MDD product, in partnership with dedicated resources from the specific area.
- Influence and work with Marketing and Sales teams across the region.
This position will impact:
- Customers: Assures the new trends and opportunity areas in sales training are addressed, provider customer experience in LAF.
- Business: LAF summit has the objective to reinforce brand, strengthen loyalty and convert competitive surgeons by promoting products. Support General surgery key success factor or excellent customer intimacy by providing adequate training.
Reports to: Regional Marketing Director- Enterprise Marketing
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering.
- Fully Bilingual : English and Spanish or Portuguese
Experience:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a related field (pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, IT) is required.
- Marketing experience is required
- Sales experience is desired
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
