PURPOSE: Overall business responsibility including the P&L accountability for the OCD Diagnostics business, including profitable sales growth, strategic accounts plans, Key Accounts Management, people management & customer satisfaction through technical support teams of CTS & LS.
This position will report directly to Area Director.
SCOPE:
- Market mapping & Prospect development
- Identify both opportunities and business at risk
- Competitor activity analysis & strategy formulation
- Manage Accounts Receivables as per company policy
- Attend regular Business reviews as a basis for challenging and improving both short and long term strategies and action plans.
- Ensure Company Process Compliance
- P&L Responsibility for the Territory
- Management of the Organization - all functions: Sales, CTS, LS, etc
Responsibility:
- Sales Goals : Holds self accountable for achieving Business Plan within territory and delivering profitable growth and Ensures Strategic Account plans are developed and implemented with effect.
- Financial Goals: Ensure Financially sound healthy business

Internal Business Process:
Management of a range of internal business processes including developing marketing plans with the marketing team, aligning sales division to marketing plans, supporting inventory management, forecasting and facilitating internal OCD division work.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with OCD and the division through management of relationships, product support and service.

Corporate Ethics and Standard: Contributes to compliance with both corporate and regulatory standards. Manage business and division within Credo and ethical standards.
- Regional Contribution: Contribute to Country OCD meetings and deliver Territory messages
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years sales experience in which at least 5 years of people management responsibility
- A strong track record of sales achievement.
- A background in the Diagnostics or Health related industries desirable.
- Candidates having managed an independent P&L would be preferred
- Holds a Science Graduate qualification & MBA (desirable).
LOCATION
This position is based in Jakarta.
