Johnson & Johnson's Acclarent business is recruiting for MBA Interns located in Menlo Park, CA. These internships will occur over a 10-12 week period during the Summer of 2013.

The Acclarent business exists to free ENT patients to live better lives by identifying, creating and delivering ENT solutions for use by ENT physicians around the world. Our Balloon Sinuplasty Technology is the cornerstone of our product portfolio and is a novel, endoscopic, catheter-based system used as a tool by surgeons to treat chronic sinusitis. Other products are in development for to provide a broad base of tools for ENT patient relief.

The Acclarent Intern will report directly to our strategic Commercial leaders. Interns will be responsible for a fully integrated project across the Commercial team (such as sales force effectiveness or commercial function alignment planning). The Intern will be given specific objectives at outset of assignment and will be expected to present key results and learning prior to return to MBA program. As an MBA Intern, students will utilize analytical skills to uncover trends and opportunities in assigned area of market assessment, formulate and effectively communicate findings and solutions within regional, as well as to platform team for global dissemination.

Qualifications


In order to be eligible for this position, the MBA candidate will be enrolled in an accredited MBA Program with graduation planned for 2014. A minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience required. Experience in Marketing, Product Management, Market Research, Sales, Business Development, Licensing and Acquisitions, Professional Medical Education, or related field preferred.

Must be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The individual must possess a strong commercial and healthcare interest as well as the strong leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm and passion.
