The UK & Ireland organisation is embarking on an exciting period and are now expanding the field sales team in order to support the plans for the future business strategy and objectives of doubling the business in the next five years. This increase will enable us to see more customers, more frequently and ultimately allow more patients to have access to our products.

The Role
As an ACUVUEŽ Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high revenue territory consisting of independent, regional and national chains of optical retailers.
You will be tasked with not only achieving sales targets, but also for driving product distribution and achieving product mix targets, through adopting an integrated approach to the execution of your territory plan.
Your success will ultimately depend on your ability to convince your business decision makers and eye care practitioners of the clinical and commercial superiority of the ACUVUEŽ range of products; and in persuading them to be proactive in their promotion and prescribing of the ACUVUEŽ brand.
Qualifications
The Person
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally with a business or science background (relevant optical professional qualifications also considered). Experience in a sales role within a customer focused environment is essential with an excellent track record of sales success and individual achievement. Can clearly demonstrate a sound knowledge of territory & account management, with strong analysis, territory planning and organisation skills. Experience in the optical industry would be desirable.
