- BS in Plant Breeding, agricultural-related field of study
- 2 or more years of significant project management.
- 3 or more years experience in research plot management.
- Ability to work on effective interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize tasks.
- The ability to lift 40 lbs.
Desired Skills/Experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to identify opportunities for improvement and independently craft solutions
- Strong computer skills related to data acquisition, organization, and data analysis.
- Computer programming skills.
- MS in Plant Breeding, Agronomy or related field of study with 3+ years of significant people and project management experience in an agricultural-related research position.
- Demonstrated experience taking initiative and delivering results.
