General Summary
Provide Planning, Development and Execution of End to End Business Testing across multiple business lines with KPHP. Systems included in scope within Sales and Account Management - (HESTIA, Decision Support Tools, Kaiser Permanente Individual and Family AOL)
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop Test Cases for End to End Business User Acceptance Testing
- Develop Resource Planning for Test Execution
- Provide Analysis for Scope of Testing
- Position Requirements
- Estimate and schedule for Quality Assurance and testing activities; accountable for time and resource estimates for projects.
- Perform analysis of requirements to determine feasibility for testing
- Design, and develop test cases, and ensure that they are properly analyzed and that recommendations to improve test coverage and processes are effective
- Ensure compliance with established methodologies, processes, standards and tools within the context of the appropriate project delivery process.
- Identify and recommend testing tools to gain further efficiencies in the testing process.
- Validate external specifications (requirement/user specifications, functional specifications and architecture) to verify that the specifications are testable
- Analyze complex issues where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Select methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Keep abreast of new and emerging quality trends and techniques, tools, and processes and recommend implementation as appropriate
- Create test plans, test cases, and scripts for most complex applications and ensures they support testing objectives
- Supervise and participate in test case development, documentation and execution of tests
- Ensure any unresolved problems or issues are properly documented, escalated and monitored
- Track problems identified during testing activities
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Preferred:
- Must have experience with Quality Center
- SQL skills desired
