Job description
Server Operations Lead will be responsible for directing the server operations team supporting client contract. Responsibilities of this position include providing technical leadership and direction of a server operations team supporting over 1,000 geographically dispersed, production Windows servers. Team is responsible for the achieving service level agreements in server operating system availability and incident/service request response time. Server operations team supports; hardware troubleshooting/repair coordination, server provisioning, user/computer account management, basic MS Active Directory services, GPO management, security patching, vulnerability remediation, storage and network connectivity, and backup/recovery capabilities.
It is also expected that new hires live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 mi or less) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; New York City, NY and surrounding areas; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Tulsa, OK; and Washington, DC. Exceptions may be considered.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 2 years experience in supporting production environments.
- At least 6 months experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft (MS) Active Directory and related MS technologies.
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
- English : Intermediate
