Job description
The candidate will be responsible for directing a team of 50+ professionals in the sustainment and development of new capabilities for the Clientâ??s Personnel Security and Assurance Systems. These systems manage data including security clearance, investigative, adjudicative, fingerprint, etc. All these systems are critical to national security. The candidate must have proven leadership skills with ability to lead and influence both internal and external team members. They will be responsible meeting deliverables, program status reporting, and communicating on a regular basis with client management issues, mitigations, and personnel matters affecting delivery. Application availability monitoring, performance, and a strong testing rigor are expected.
Work is in Seaside, CA
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 5 years experience in and familiarity with Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Server Operating Systems Environments Providing direction or managing a team of development professionals.
- At least 5 years experience in technical foundation in either application development or database development/management.
- At least 3 years experience in with successful Client Relationship Management.
- Security clearance of Top Secret (TS/SSBI) - Active
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years experience in and familiarity with Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Server Operating Systems Environments Providing direction or managing a team of development professionals.
- At least 10 years experience in technical foundation in either application development or database development/management.
- At least 5 years experience in with successful Client Relationship Management.
- Certified in ITIL V3 Foundation and/or Earned Value Concepts
