Job description
The successful candidate will be implementing multiple applications using MQ, WMB, DB2 on a J2EE compliant server (WebSphere) to support a US homeland security mission. Test Engineer will help design, develop, and exectute test procedures.
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 1 year experience in and ability to work in a team setting to plan and design test procedures
- At least 1 year experience in and ability to devise test strategy based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- At least 1 year experience in SQL
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in and ability to work in a team setting to plan and design test procedures
- At least 2 years experience in and ability to devise test strategy based on business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- At least 1 year experience in working in AIX environment
- At least 2 years experience in SQL
- At least 1 year experience in Rational Suite: ClearQuest, ClearCase, RQM, RFT, ReqPro, MQ Technology, WMB, DB2 on a J2EE compliant Server
- Security clearance of MBI
