The Demand Planning Process Lead will be responsible for assisting with demand planning processes across all franchises. The ideal candidate will be an individual with a strong understanding of demand planning process, the ability to work with multiple business partners and a deep knowledge of SAP Demand Planning. This individual will define and implement standard processes across the region in the discipline of demand planning. The Demand Planning Process Lead will be responsible for demand planning process metrics, MAPE and Bias improvements as well as will develop training materials and conduct training for end users. This individual will lead demand planning forums and ensure SAP demand planning functionality supports the business, and in addition, will identify and implement SAP enhancements to continuously improve the SAP platform. The Demand Planner Process Lead will partner frequently with cross functional partners in IT, Marketing, Customer Logistics, Project Management and Trade Customization to ensure processes are supporting and integrated within the business. This individual will also work to ensure the Demand Planning process fits into the overall Supply Chain Business Process.

Qualifications


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of 5 years of general business experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of Planning experience and 2 years of Demand Planning experience is preferred. An MBA is preferred. It is required to have experience using SAP-APO. Experience with SAP modules such as ECC, BW, and Enterprise Portal is highly preferred. Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson's internal Demand Planning solutions is preferred. Previous experience working in or with: strategic planning, sourcing, distribution, transportation, and/or customer service is highly preferred.

Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel is required. It is highly preferred that this candidate have familiarity with electronic document management systems. This candidate must have strong leadership skills. This individual must have strong influencing skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous training experience is a plus.

This position will be based in Skillman, NJ and may require up to 20% travel based on the needs of the business.
