Job Decription:
- Develop Channel / promotion / NPD strategy & Plans
- Develops, leads, and executes business plans to meet future needs and expectations. Supports sales and profit objectives of the organization. Leads efforts across multiple functions, channels and international regions to protect our brands from any attack

Principal Responsibilities
- Develops category shopper insight using established data, market research and company processes.
- Develops category promotional plans, in conjunction with customer development.
- Implements supply chain programs to improve cost-effectiveness.
- Forecasts and manages expenses and maximizes utilization of company equipment and resources.
- Ensures that category-led promotional and competitor activity is monitored on a timely basis.
- Co-works with Sales, Marketing, external relationships with Key Account customer, Market Research and other Service agencies.

Qualifications


Required:
- Bachelor's degrees or above
- At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing in consumer goods (??, ???)
- Experience in Category management
- Basic understanding of marketing & business planning
- Proactive & positive & innovative mind
- Understanding Internal Selling Process
- Good inter-personal relationship
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self Management Skills
