The Product Manager Cordis EMEA is responsible for providing a specific product line or brand, decisive leadership in all areas of the marketing mix related to product development, price, promotion, and channels of distribution. Reports directly to the Marketing Manager Cordis EMEA (Europe Middle-East and Africa) and is based in Diegem, Belgium.

Main duties and responsibilities:

The Product Manager Cordis EMEA is responsible, under the supervision of his/her line Manager, for

• Coordinating the work of local marketers in activities such as targeting, product promotion, sales training and others.

• Develops and executes relevant messaging and communication campaigns, including digital marketing tactics and international congresses activities.

• Providing marketing related leadership, support and expertise to the sales organization and supply chain. Works closely with the local markets and in particular the product managers and sales force to ensure alignment and execution of strategy.

• Ensuring personal and company compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

• Be part of a working group to formulate the overall digital marketing strategy, skills and competencies for Cordis EMEA.

Qualifications


• BS or BA degree

• 3 - 4 years of success sales / marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• MBA is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of the Interventional Cardiology marketplace is a plus.

• Demonstrated understanding of the use of broad digital space and how this supports organization wide / multi-functional strategic objectives is an asset.

Must have strong creative ability. Energetic, well-organized, good interpersonal skills, ability to develop good team working relationship with colleagues. Must have excellent written and oral skills in English and must be able to interact with all levels of the organization and with customers.

Ability to formulate quick and long-standing internal and external relationships required. Able to think analytically, keeping the bigger picture, have proven successes in project planning competency. Must be result-oriented and able to effectively manage and drive the agenda through organization and business complexity and change.

Position will require about 30% travel.
