Ethicon Surgical Care, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for Marketing Interns for the summer of 2013, located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Ethicon Surgical Care, develops and markets advanced medical devices for minimally invasive and open surgical procedures. The company focuses on procedure-enabling devices in general and bariatric surgery, gastrointestinal health, gynecology and surgical oncology. Products include: the ENDOPATH® XCEL™ Access System; CONTOUR™ Curved Cutter Stapler and HARMONIC™ ultrasonic cutting and coagulating surgical devices.

Ethicon Surgical Care Marketing group is responsible for driving growth with the launch of new products, the proper positioning of existing product portfolios and the expansion of minimally invasive procedures (MIP) adoption.

As an Intern in the U.S. or Global Marketing division, you will be involved with various projects within the organization. As an intern, you will:

assist in interactive projects for Obesity marketing, assist in the development of sales materials, competitive analysis, and positioning for one or more product areas, gaining significant understanding and use of websites, paid and organic search, analytics reporting, and website enhancements, and gain significant understanding of market research studies and marketing/sales communications.

Qualifications


Student should be in their Junior or Senior year pursuing a BA / BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research or a related field. Students pursuing a degree in the Sciences with a minor is business would also be considered. This internship is not for college graduates. Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Demonstrated leadership/participation in campus programs and/or community service activities a plus.

Students must also be permanently authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship in the future.
