ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Digital Marketing Intern working within Johnson & Johnson's newly created global Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE), you will support all of our brand teams to drive value in the digital space. This role will assist in the creation and implementation of marketing efforts, specifically in the following areas: social, websites, web analytics, and SEO. This is a complex assignment with exposure to cross-functional teams and agency partners. It calls for an individual with strong communication skills, analytic skills and creative thinking ability and a strong passion for all things digital
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the execution of enterprise-wide digital pilots and projects leveraging supplier-enabled innovation to incubate new ideas and create lasting value for the organization.
Developing, utilizing, and maintaining web analytics to help optimize and measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
Ensuring that brand teams follow DCoE standards and leverage global capabilities for delivery.
Developing and executing educational platforms and events that raise the overall digital marketing knowledge and capabilities of Consumer Canada employees
Utilize project management skills to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Qualifications
In final two years of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree program (preferably majoring in Marketing) OR currently enrolled in an MBA program.
Must have an avid interest in all things digital, knowledgeable about digital marketing trends, and an overall interest in learning about the consumer packaged goods industry.
Knowledge of social media sites and tools, and an active participant in social networking.
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
A positive, can-do attitude.
Highly resourceful with ability to think on your feet and focus under pressure.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Tech experience, in particular with website content management systems or SEO, is a plus.
