Parsons is seeking a Collection Manager to work on a highly-classified cybersecurity Program. Responsibilities include:
1. Provide expert collection management support to intelligence, network, and host analysts charged with hunting for adversaries on classified networks.
2. Guide tasking, identify problems, and assure the timely delivery of collected
SIGINT data from collection points to customer databases, via processing and distribution channels.
3. Identify appropriate collection access points, collection methods and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements.
4. Monitor, review and adjust collection tasking to comply with mission needs.
5. Collaborate with customers, collection managers, developers, and analysts to monitor and troubleshoot operational SIGINT processing paths.
6. Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate SIGINT collection tasking, collaborate with collection architecture developers, intelligence analysts, network analysts, host analysts, and external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to relevant SIGINT data.
7. Have cognizance of SIGINT collection posture and identify processing trends, new developments, and customer requirements that may affect the access and status of collected SIGINT data and/or the operational capabilities of existing and future collection and processing systems.
8. Comply with USSID 18 requirements to protect sensitive data from inadvertent release to unauthorized consumers by filtering data and managing distribution tables and rules. Maintain and provide metrics on forwarding and distribution of various types of collected SIGINT data.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1. At least five (5) years total experience in SIGINT Collection Management or
related skills and in one (1) other of the following: (Relevant degree for a total of
two (2) years may be applied to this requirement only.)
a. Computer Network Exploitation,
b. Vulnerability Assessments,
c. Foreign Intelligence Analysis,
d. Network Intelligence Analysis
e. Host Forensics Analysis.
2. Must be thoroughly familiar with current SIGINT collection management
principles, methods, and applications of directing collection operations and
gathering intelligence information. Must have a working familiarity with collection management tools.
