Assist in managing the Coors and Company retail brewery store, Coors and Company Employee Sales store, and assist with the Coors and Company consumer catalog business as needed, including physical presentation for both locations and maintenance of point-of-sale systems for Coors and Company retail businesses.   Assist the store manager with hiring, training and development of personnel associated with the MillerCoors Consumer Licensing businesses, emphasizing excellent customer service skills and creating a positive work environment.   Assist Consumer Licensing Director in merchandise selection and maintaining merchandise inventory levels adequate for maximizing the profitability of the Coors and Company Consumer Licensing businesses.

Education level / Experience 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years retail management experience including supervising sales staff preferred.
 
 
 
Skills / Knowledge 


  • Ability to develop top selling merchandise.
  • Ability to analyze situations, problem solve and handle obstacles professionally and tactfully.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to work as a team member, meet project deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • Possess strong computer skills with proficiency in Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint.
