Job Text

Provides leadership and technical expertise, and contributes to a World Class Operation through utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance practices in effectively managing maintenance planning, scheduling and execution while optimizing resources, time and materials for assigned area or unit. Is responsible for cost optimization and maintenance budget compliance. Coordinate and influence resources from maintenance, operations, and management to manage the RMBC maintenance program and ensure its efficient and timely execution.    Provides leadership, coaching and technical expertise to support asset care and associated practices. Manages the improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability in assigned area.
 
Is responsible for asset care processes compliance according to corporate and MillerCoors Manufacturing Way.
 
Supports reliability improvement initiatives. Facilitates problem solving and failure investigations with teams.
 
Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Quality Management System including Safe Quality Food (SQF), Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good manufacturing practice (GMP) to ensure safety and quality of MillerCoors products.

Education level / Experience


  • BS or BA in engineering or related equivalent technical experience
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in engineering/manufacturing in asset care and maintenance craft

Skills / Knowledge


  • Basic understanding of maintenance management and asset care
  • Strong planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge in high speed and/or process related equipment
  • Computer skills and use of CMMS (SAP Preferred)
  • Demonstrated understanding of preventative, predictive and precision maintenance concepts
  • Industrial plant planning/scheduling experience
