Job description
The Senior Test Automation Specialist position includes leading along with hands-on testing experience with automation and scripting test cases with Rational Functional Tester. Must have knowledge of test automation concepts, directing others in creation of automation strategies, automated regression test experience and manual test experience. Includes training others in Test Automation and helping to debug any automation scripts.
Some of our client engagements do require up to 100% travel for an extended period of time. Consultants are required to be flexible with their ability to travel and cannot refuse projects due to travel.

- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 5 years experience in Test Automation Concepts
- At least 5 years experience in directing others in the creation of automation strategies, automated regression testing and manual test.
- At least 5 years experience in training others in Test Automation and debugging automation scripts
- At least 3 years experience in Java
- At least 3 years experience in SQL
- At least 3 years experience in Oracle
- At least 3 years experience in Rational
- At least 5 years experience in consulting
- At least 5 years experience in system and application test
- At least 5 years experience in Rational Functional test
- Security clearance of MBI
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
