Job description
This role is usually performed by an experienced analyst specializing in the testing of a wide set of applications and components. They are responsible for planning functional and / or non-functional test cases to test applications and systems. They develop test plans and designs with direction from the Test Architect and / or Test Manager. They evaluate the functional and / or non-functional requirements for testability and take a leading role in the review of the technical acceptance criteria. They are able to plan and take a leading role in the implementation of test tools, frameworks and environments. They develop the test scenarios and test cases for verifying that the system is built right. They are usually considered a technical or functional expert in their field. They provide leadership for test execution, reporting and interpretation.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in Test Case Development
- At least 1 year experience in Test Planning
- At least 1 year experience in Test Execution
- At least 6 months experience in MS Project
- At least 1 year experience in Test Tools (Rational or HP)
- Readiness to travel Up to 5 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
