Position Description: The Director of National Accounts (DNA) will have the responsibility to manage and identify customer's needs by developing strategic goals and objectives.

- Roundtable achievement preferred
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Good understanding of operations
Responsibilities: It is their responsibility to educate and develop the customer's interests in additional Ryder services (Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Dedicated Contract Carriage and Integrated Logistics) by using the Ryder Sales Process. The DNA is expected to manage assigned accounts in order to achieve growth and acceptable profitability while simultaneously meeting the needs of the customers.
