PRODUCT SPECIALIST - DEPUY

Medical Devices & Diagnostic Division

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving Depuy Synthes Joint product sales to new and established Specialty accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration
- Conducts and implements Market Development and Field Marketing activities. Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers
- Demonstrates proper use of products to Orthopedic Surgeon
- Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities
- Acts as the direct line to customers. Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions
- Performs contract and/or tender management activities
- Coordinates with the logistics team to ensure product availability
- Executes national, regional and local promotional activities
- Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
- Provides management with customer feedback and market place information.

Qualifications


- Bachelor degree from reputable universities
- At least 1 years experience in medical device/pharmaceutical sales and sales management
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Willing to work long and irregular hours
- Ability to work in operating theater environment
- Persistent, honest and hard worker
- Knowledge in orthopaedics will be an added advantage
- Market knowledge on Indonesia healthcare system and providers will be an added advantage
- Willing to relocate.

LOCATION

This position will be based at Surabaya.
