Due to expansion, we are currently recruiting the following role for our head office in Toronto
Reporting to Manager, Partner Relations and Business Process, the Senior Contract and Business Operations Analyst is an experienced supply chain professional with expertise in partner relationship management, change management, and process excellence. This role will foster strong internal partnerships and will oversee the relationships between Janssen and specialty service providers. With a focus on process improvement and inventory management the Senior Contract and Business Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining a high level of satisfaction amongst both internal and external customers and continually increasing the value provided by specialty service providers.
Program Monitoring & Agreement Compliance (50%)
Lead semi-annual Business Review with key specialty service providers
Establish dashboards aligned with functional area requirements and agreements
Increase visibility to overall customer investment/value and provide insight key stakeholders that can be leveraged in relationships and negotiations
Ensure compliance with SOX, quality, and drug safety requirements
Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders on program requirements to create value for the organization
Role Alignment & Change Management (20%)
Develop SOPs and process maps to guide organization-wide process
Lead the creation, alignment, and maintenance of RACI matrix
Inventory Management (10%)
Approve and reconcile free goods inventory
Liaise with key specialty service providers to ensure inventory accuracy
Provide Supply Chain planning with monthly report outlining inventory position at each key specialty service provider location
Projects and Process Improvement (10%)
Back up for the Contracts Analyst (10%)

Qualifications
5+ years in inventory management and process improvement
Six Sigma green belt an asset
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and problem solving skills, outstanding customer service orientation;
Proven ability to successfully partner with internal and external customers
Ambitious, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities;
Ability to portray professional demeanor through varied communication (email, phone) ;
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment;
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent command of English
French language skills are considered a strong asset
Post secondary education
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, ERP/business intelligence systems and other desktop applications.
Office deskwork, requiring sitting, using the phone and computer
Some travel to provider locations
The position requires motion related to sitting, typing, looking at a computer screen.
