The Johnson & Johnson Global Surgery Group's Global Educational Solutions (GES) team is recruiting for MBA interns to be located in its Somerville, NJ campus. The internship will occur over a 10-12 week period during the summer of 2013.

The GES team develops and delivers all Sales, Marketing, and Customer educational programs across the globe. Within the Global Surgery Group, GES serves as a strategic Sales & marketing partner on business such as wound closure, minimally invasive surgical devices, hernia solutions, biosurgery (haemostats & sealants), gynaecological solutions, and procedure enabling energy products.

The GES interns will report directly to a senior GES leader who has a global remit. Interns will be responsible for a fully integrated project within the GES organization e.g. Sales Training, Marketing Solutions, Customer Education Programs, etc. The intern will be provided specific objectives at the outset of the assignment with the expectation of utilizing a broad range of skills and resources to deliver insight-driven findings, concrete recommendations, and execution plan to key GES leaders.

Qualifications


In order to be eligible for this position, the MBA candidate will be enrolled in an accredited MBA program will graduation planned for 2014. A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Medical Professional Education or related fields will be preferred.

All candidates must be highly motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The candidate must possess a strong interest in Sales, Marketing and/or healthcare as well as the leadership skills to pursue each project with passion and determination.
