Integrated Circuit Systems Engineer

We are seeking an Integrated Circuit Systems Engineer to work in Columbia, MD. This position will support a Department of Defense (DoD) customer, performing VLSIC device manufacturing. Ideal candidate will have experience using diagnostic equipment to process and analyze integrated circuits and equipment components containing integrated circuits.
Inspects integrated circuits using an Hitachi Scanning Electron Microscope with EDS (energy dispersive x-ray spectrometer) for compositional analysis as well as High and Low powered optical microscopes and X-Ray systems for package inspection. Prepares reports of findings and provides advice and guidance for projects.
Qualifications
Required:
- Five (5) years' experience in Systems Engineering, specifically with integrated circuits, microprocessors and/or VLSIC device manufacturing.

- 1 year of experience in Systems Engineering, specifically with integrated circuits, microprocessors and/or VLSIC device manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field of study.
- Team player, and ability to work with various levels of management to accomplish tasks.
Desired:
- VLSIC manufacturing experience.
- Experience with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic equipment.
