Parsons is looking for a Web Developer to design, build and maintain both web application and web pages in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) customer. Ideal candidate will have experience with web publishing tools, and design and development of user interfaces using CSS, PHP, XML, HTML, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT and Adobe Flash.
Additionally, supports legacy applications and/or migrates them to a new and more current technology.

Qualifications
Required:
- Three (3) or more years experience developing, testing and deploying web-based applications.
(OR)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering field of study, and one (1) year of experience developing, testing and deploying web-based applications.

- Experience working with end-users to define requirements, develop an effective solution, and develop and maintain web pages, and web-based applications.
- Design and development of user interfaces using CSS, PHP, XML, HTML, DHTML, JAVASCRIPT and Adobe Flash
- Ability to develop, modify, test, configure and deploy web portal software.
- Team player, and ability to work with various levels of management to accomplish tasks

Desired:
- Familiarity with web-based technology such as BEA WebLogic portal, Apache Tomcat web portal, IBM web portal, Oracle web portal.
- Experience with graphic design tools.
- Familiar with integrating Google Earth and other geographic display tools with web-based applications.
- Working knowledge of software engineering tools to support process improvement (ClearCase/Cleare Quest, MS Project/Primavera, Subversion and DOORS.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Polygraph
