IBM Global Business Services is hiring new account managers for its Federal Healthcare practice. We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our growing Healthcare practice as a Federal Healthcare IT Consultant for HHS in particular covering the CDC in Atlanta, GA. Candidate must have Health care Information Technology Consulting experience â?? 10 plus years with focus on EA, QA, Service Level Mgt, ITIL, and cloud computing. Knowledge of CDC organization and technical environment with previous work history - 2+ years. Day to day Job duties include:
1) Client Interface to important contacts at CDC
2) Program management and project delivery for existing and new IT Projects at CDC thru CIMS contract
3) Identify and develop new business opportunities with focus on cloud computing.
4) support proposal and capture of new business for account growth
It is also expected that new hires live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 mi or less) of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Hartford, CT; Houston, TX; Kansas City, MO; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; Minneapolis, MN; New York City, NY and surrounding areas; Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Tulsa, OK; and Washington, DC. Exceptions may be considered.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in Health care Program and Project Management
- At least 5 years experience in Health care Information Technology Consulting â with focus on EA, QA, Service Level Mgt, ITIL, and cloud computing
- At least 2 years experience in Knowledge of CDC organization and technical environment with previous work history
- At least 5 years experience in Business, contract and financial management
- At least 3 years experience in Technical software development / RUP
- Certified in Certified PMI, ITIL
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- At least 10 years experience in Health care Program and Project Management
- At least 10 years experience in Health care Information Technology Consulting â with focus on EA, QA, Service Level Mgt, ITIL, and cloud computing
