Position Description: The Logistics and Transportation Office Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the department. The person selected for this position will input accident reports via telephone, e-mail, fax and mail into the computer system. He/She will process letters to claimants and adverse carriers in cases where the customer provides liability insurance through their own carrier. In addition, they will verify coverage through the use of AS/400, contact with field locations and Lotus Notes e-mail application.

Strong interpersonal skills preferred.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for scheduling and interacting with all carriers for the receiving and shipping functions.
Schedule inbound carrier deliveries and window times.
Schedule outbound carrier shipments utilizing customer and government assigned carrier routing guides.
Creation of all required shipping documents.
Experience in monitoring and managing all required KPI's to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office.
