Description

Overall purpose of the job:

Technical responsible for the Company's CRM and Business Intelligence applications

Main Responsabilities/tasks:

- Technical management and implementation of IT solutions for Sales & Marketing
- Responsible for coordinate and administration tasks related with Sales & Marketing systems.
- Responsible for the development of BI reports
- Supervise CRM and BI applications support
- Work with internal customers to identify key business issues and their priorities
- Document requirements, specifications and business processes
- Document functional specifications and system design specifications.
- Responsible for end users training

Qualifications


Essential knowledge & experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics along with 3 + years solid work experience in Information Technology.
- Experience with Siebel CRM implementations and developments
- Demonstrated ability to learn and master technical detail related to CRM and BI applications
- Knowledge of Relational databases, Oracle or Microsoft SQL
- Project management methodologies or PMP certification
- Will be appreciated coding skills such as SQL server/.Net/ASP.NET.
