Searching the best talent for: Regional Health Care Professional (HCP) Marketing Manager

Some key areas of focus in this role are:-
- DETAILING STRATEGY
- Drive the compilation of clinical evidence in SMBG for local markets as the basis to redefine a strategic framework for Detailing.
- Elaborate plans around materials to support new strategy

(Detailing Brand Guidelines, materials, educational tools.)
- Develop new digital tools to support detailing.
- PROFED STRATEGY/ADVISORY BOARDS
- Support the local countries with the organization & running of a key regional advisory board that will support the raising of relevance & awareness of SMBG in the region & influence standards of treatment.
- Develop a training program ( on or off line) to raise the level of diabetes education in key markets.
- Support markets with development of protocols to support patient diabetes management programs.
- Develop communication programs that will support the diffusion of the above activities.
- Coordinate & execute congress participation in key category events on a regional & global basis.

3. PHARMACIST TRAINING
- Drive implementation & execution of pharmacist certification/training programs as part of the 360° DTC programs.

4. PAYER PROGRAMS
- Support local markets in the implementation of value added programs heavily based on offering improved outcomes through patient diabetes management programs

5. GLOBALDIABETES CARE FRANCHISE HCP MARKETING/PROFED FORUMS
- Represent Latin America in global HCP Marketing forums to bring new programs/strategies into the regions and also to share local activities.

6. MANAGE BUDGETS & AGENCIES
- Make efficient use of Mktg budgets, select and work closely with agencies that will support the execution of programs.

The position reports to: Regional Marketing Director LATAM

Cualificaciones

Qualifications
- 6 + years working experience in pharmaceutical industry (+3 in management)
- Successful track-record of devising and implementing professional marketing strategies
- Experience in working in multicultural/multi-country environment in large organizations
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree desired
- Product Management experience desired
- OTC Product Management desired
- ProfEd experience desired
- Sales / People Management experience desired
- BA in life sciences, marketing or management
- Willingness to complete a 3-year cycle in the position
- Willingness to expand into other MDD areas and/or mkt areas after 3 years.
- Diabetes knowledge desired
- Experience on digital education projects desired
