Opportunity for a Summer Inter to join the Digital Center of Excellence, an entrepreneurial group which operates behind the big-company impact of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. J&JCPC is a $13B organization that nurtures and builds many well-known brands including: Neutrogena®, Aveeno®, Johnson's Baby® and BAND-AID®.

Responsibilities

Monitor emerging digital industry trends and provide POVs on digital marketing channels and tactics as a tool for marketers evaluate digital marketing opportunities available

Work with existing third party agencies and technology partners to develop tools that will help strengthen partnerships with J&J brands.

Continually identify potential technology partners that may add new capabilities and features to consumer facing digital products.

Brief larger DCoE team and constituents on project activities, meeting recaps, and status updates.

Qualifications


Graduate student pursuing a MBA or Master's degree (concentration in Marketing is preferred). You must be currently enrolled in an MBA or other business-related graduate program and planning to obtain your degree in May/June 2014. Candidate must possess excellent creative instincts and strong leadership skills. Candidate must have permanent work authorization in the U.S. and a minimum of 2+ years working experience. The ideal candidate is a digital native and uses many forms of digital technology and online tools as part of daily life. Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity is required. The ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies is required.

Must have interest in understanding the digital marketing ecosystem and how web, mobile, social, search and e-commerce channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales. Strong computer skills are required: Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills are also required.
