Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Services Inc., is recruiting for a Director, EMEA Workday Implementation, located in EMEA.

Johnson & Johnson is implementing Workday, a Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to enable the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Enterprise Talent Agenda and

provide greater visibility and alignment of J&J's workforce as well as drive standardization of global Human Resources (HR) processes. We are building a HR Operations team

to manage the various aspects of the implementation and to support the day-to-day operations post implementation. The HR Operations team will work in tandem with

the Information Technology team to manage future releases and implementation schedules beyond the first phase.

The Director, EMEA Workday Implementation will lead a team responsible for the implementation of Core HR in EMEA which includes employee data and Global Core process

for Johnson & Johnson. This individual will team with an Implementation Partner to provide inputs into design activities while establishing the steady-state operations. The Director, EMEA Workday Implementation will also review functionality, validate a configuration decision and check conversion data to ensure validity. Review planned test scenarios/scripts and target for

specific functionality. Escalate issues to the Director, Core HR Workday. Provide partnership and guidance to multiple stakeholders and countries on implementation approach,

readiness and schedules.

Qualifications


- Minimum seven years of HR experience required with three years in HR Technology.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
- Travel requirements include approximately 30-50% travel.
- Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) preferred.
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation preferred (ie, Workday).

Ability to influence peers (within HR and cross-functional) strongly prefered

- Ability to develop and lead HR Talent preferred.
- Ability to lead teams across matrix environment and cross-functional lines strongly preferred.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of HR processes preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships within the organization with Specialist Groups (COEs), Enterprise stakeholders, IT, Finance and other cross-functional partners strongly preferred.
- Executive presence as well as experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and countries preferred.
- Ability to work in EMEA is required.

Please note: The ideal location for this position is Ireland, UK or France but the successful candidate can be based within EMEA with travel in the region.
