Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. Provides Corporate Services, Facilities and Administrative support activities as detailed below.

Education level and/or Experience:
*High School degree or equivalent; Bachelorâs degree preferred.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Experience in trouble shooting and resolving problems in an analytical and organized manner.
Skills and/or knowledge:
*Familiarity with multiple telephone line communications.
*Familiarity with MillerCoors structure, departmental functions and personnel to expedite calls quickly and efficiently.
*Strong multi-task expertise with the ability to stay focused.
*Ability to make fast-paced decisions in an often-hectic work environment.
*Must exhibit patience and integrity (regarding confidential information).
*Ability to handle emergency situations.
*Solid verbal, interpersonal communication and human relation abilities are essential in interacting with customers, the general public and MillerCoors personnel.
*A strong, professional customer service background is required.
*Spanish as a second language is a plus.
