Job description

The Oracle Back-End Network and Inventory Management Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of technology/process deliverables to clients on Oracle engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing OSS applications. The consultant is responsible for hands-on configuration as well as for assisting clients in the selection, implementation, and support of Oracle NMS solutions. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. The consultant will provide functional and business process experience while participating on or leading team on Oracle implementation projects.

Required
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma
  • At least 3 years experience in Oracle enviroment (functional)
  • At least 4 years experience in leading a team of 2 - 6 functional and technical consultants
  • At least 4 years experience in hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Inventory Management and Back-End Network
  • At least 5 years experience in Telco NMS and component operations
  • At least 4 years experience in understanding of communications network engineering and configurations
  • At least 2 years experience in knowledge of Telco industry network management system packages
  • At least 4 years experience in commercial off-the-shelf OSS package implementations
  • Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
  • English: Basic knowledge


Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years experience in Oracle enviroment (functional)
  • At least 6 years experience in leading a team of 2 - 6 functional and technical consultants
  • At least 8 years experience in hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Inventory Management and Back-End Network
  • At least 10 years experience in Telco NMS and component operations
  • At least 6 years experience in understanding of communications network engineering and configurations
  • At least 5 years experience in knowledge of Telco industry network management system packages
  • At least 6 years experience in commercial off-the-shelf OSS package implementations
  • English : Intermediate
