Job description
As a Test Specialist, you'll use your expertise in the planning, design, management, execution and reporting of tests - using appropriate testing tools and techniques - to ensure that IBM systems (new and amended) conform to exacting standards
Quality Assurance Specialist requires strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
We would prefer a candidate with experience with DoD Systems Engineering Processes and with various Governance Boards, processes and procedures.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 4 years experience in implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria
- At least 4 years experience in full Software Development Lifecycle
- At least 4 years experience in automated testing and software quality assurance best practices
- At least 4 years experience in developing/implementing procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment
- U.S. citizenship required
- English: Intermediate
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Security clearance of Secret - Active
