Our national managed care company is seeking an Associate Implementation Specialist for our Enrollment Team.  This position can be filled in Bismarck, ND; Harrisburg, PA; Sunrise, FL; Newark, DE; or Salt Lake City, UT.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration and set-up of client networks and/or projects involving company conversions and special initiatives, as well as resolving basic client issues as needed.

GENERAL SUMMARY

:


Responsible for servicing internal and external customers associated with electronic enrollment, including processing daily production files from existing clients, implementing new clients and coordinating issue resolution with the health plans and enrollment teams.  Responsible for maintaining membership balance between Coventry’s system and Client’s system.

 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Client Implementations

Reviews and assists in interpreting implementation guidelines with client

Applies technical and business knowledge to analyze client requirements

Leads all client calls

Works with client to determine appropriate file layout

Creates and manages to an implementation timeline

Coordinates and performs all testing

Creates client specific interfaces and dictionaries

Maps client values to Coventry values as necessary

Builds business requirements for any additional programming needed from IT

Performs operational readiness assessment

Data Analysis

Identifies data quality issues and applies analytical skills to design and develop resolution strategies

Conducts analysis to identify business rules to support daily production

Coordinates the analysis of client business processes and functional requirements.

Prepares appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information

Uses a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis and evaluation of alternate solutions

Ensures data integrity within the system

Maintains data dictionaries

Tests and maintains system to ensure accuracy and compliance

Daily Production

Acknowledges the receipt of client files; reviews, and completes a daily report on the status of client files
