As the leader of the health care team, provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Current CA RN license & AHA BLS certification
- One (1) year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in ED or successful completion of a KP or equivalent ED training program within prior 12 months.
- Current ACLS & PALS cards required.
Notes:
- Works every other weekend
- May be required to work in triage and as relief charge nurse as needed
- May be required to assist in the training of new staff members
