Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to travel to remote grower sites occasionally
- A valid driver's license with no restrictions
- Required to perform shift work and seasonal overtime
- Demonstrated leadership in past roles
- Ability to effectively multi task and work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems / Basic computer skills
Desired Skills/Experience
- Certified Crop Advisor
- College degree in related field
- Prior agricultural experience
- Mechanical abilities (able to operate and trouble shoot equipment)
- Fluency in Spanish
