Regional Environment Coordinator
To provide regional coordination and communication in partnership with the National Environment Management Coordinator to deliver the following commitments in support of regional non-production application environment management; has primary accountability for ensuring that the environment is kept in a state where it is most functional to the users for existing and new initiatives.

Maintain consolidated regional environment utilization schedules to feed into the National environment schedule
Coordinate the change requests and dependencies based on schedules, National / Regional Requests
Manage regional stakeholder relationships, communications and notifications (combined two bullets into one)
Serve as the Owner of Regional Non Production E2E Environments
Develop and manage a consolidated view of Regional and National activities - projects and/core
Responsible for the assignment of environments for Regional/National projects and/or work efforts through collaboration of environment stakeholders
Manage regional stakeholders and business partner communications
Manage escalation and act as expediter to mitigate the risk to the timeline
Provide schedule information/updates to National Environment Management Coordinator
Participate as key member of the environment management key group discussions
Based on environment utilization schedule, and as an outcome of weekly Environment Management key group discussion, communicate plan for expected code delivery to accommodate environment operational readiness to regional partners
Interface and communicate with project sponsors/stakeholders to ensure regional readiness, resolve priorities, and improve regional awareness of upcoming work
Schedule and facilitate the regional 'ETE Non-Production 'Environment Management Meeting'
Manage regional stakeholders and business partner communications
Communicate scheduled environment outages and refreshes
Send out weekly activities 'news letter' on Sharepoint
Coordinate requirements for regional activities
Reviews the scheduled release calendar
Makes decisions about whether to apply code changes and when
Defines the data content needed for the environment
Coordinates data refreshes
Confirms the appropriateness of and approves access and security changes.
Approve/communicate any downtimes
Responsible for the coordination of interfaces and connections to and from upstream/downstream/ancillary systems
Responsible for providing access and audit reviews of environment access; upon request. (Except KPHC)
Responsible for coordinating troubleshooting at regional level
Manage escalation and act as expediter to mitigate the risk to the PROJECT timeline
Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS or related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in analysis of complex business requirements, systems upgrades, workflows and application capabilities.
- Thorough knowledge of policies, practices and systems.

Must have demonstrated ability to analyze and solve logical problems such as those found in mathematics, statistics, etc.
Must have experience in testing web, client-server, and/or mainframe applications.
- Must have strong project coordination skills in managing multiple projects, dependencies, risks and remediating issues/obstacles.
- Must have experience with project planning and tracking software tools (MS Project)
- Must have demonstrated the ability to effectively partner with internal customers through strong collaboration & negotiation skills
- Must have Strong Client Server, SQL, Networking, Servers, Interfaces, Routers, & Citrix Knowledge
- Strong technical Background and SDLC Experience
- Must have experience with configuration and code management
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

-Automated testing experience, including planning and conducting functional and performance testing preferred.
-Experience with configuration and code management
-Experience with WebSphere, Data power, Main Frame, EPIC, SQL, SOA, error handling, Web Services
