The Consumer segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women's health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

The Finance Manager - Commercial Finance role will support the J&J Consumer business in the Philippines by having overall responsibility for the business planning process and credit management process. The role will manage the Marketing P&L and will provide advice to key managers on interpretation of operating results and trends.

Principal responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate, develop, review and analyze Annual Business Plan including quarterly updates and latest estimates
- Act as the primary finance support for the Marketing P&L
- Ensure plans are consistently monitored and any deviations are highlighted
- Provide management advice and support to internal J&J customers
- Overall responsibility for Trade Promo, A&P and SGA, Credit Management

Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or finance-related field; CPA and/or MBA highly preferred
- At least 7 years related experience; 3-5 years people-managment experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to digest complex and large amounts of information; strong business acumen
- Ability to see the big picture while being attentive to details
- "Can do" attitude and continuous improvement mindset
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) also required
- Filipino citizen or holder of relevant residence status to work in the Philippines
- Willing to be assigned in Parañaque City, Metro Manila
