Position Description: The Shop Supervisor position will manage the day to day activities of all maintenance process’s within a branch location, which include: work planning, financial control, human resources, performance management, safety and environmental.
Aside from the above, this position will manage workflow and work assignments, interact directly with customers to fulfill their needs and resolve issues and manage workflow.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required
  • Minimum of 7 (seven) years technical work experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years industry related supervisory work experience required.
  • Additional Requirements: - Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and the ability to act independently.
    - Knowledge of P and L preferred
    - Candidate must possess proven managerial skills, knowledge of execution of performance management process, and basic understanding of business finance.

    Responsibilities: Specifically the Shop Supervisor will be held accountable for the following:

  • Manage running costs and maintenance overheads
  • Ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that maintenance standards are met at all times
  • Monitor revenue retention and growth
  • Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures.
