POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, IBD, the Product (Customer) Director, Chrohn's Disease will be responsible for the following:
Applying principles of Marketing Excellence to gain strong customer insights, and to lead the strategic and tactical development and implementation of customer focused and innovative marketing plans that will enhance customer value and accelerate growth of the Remicade business nationally
Collaborating with global marketing and international partners in the development of current and future brand strategies
Spending time with customers to develop relationships, understand needs and translate needs into business opportunities
Providing strong leadership and direction to a team of two Customer Managers
Actively contributing to the direction of the business unit
Working collaboratively with sales and marketing, and other business partners, to build and leverage interdependencies across our businesses and across divisions to drive innovation, accelerate growth and meet and exceed our financial commitments
Qualifications
University degree in science or business. MBA is an asset
Must have combination of previous successful experience in Health Care marketing and sales experience in Health Care or related competitive industry, proven people leadership, including experience in Sales Management, and at least 3 years of experience in Marketing Management
Foundational competence in Tactical Plan Development and Implementation, Business Planning process execution, Forecasting and Market Research, and Effective Leadership skills and presence are required
Demonstration of Johnson & Johnson Global Leadership Profile competencies including driving innovative solutions through strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity; collaboration and teaming; organization and talent development, and customer focus
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities including strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience working in IBD or an equivalent Specialized Business would be an asset
Bilingual in English/French would be an asset
