This high level of growth has been part of DePuy Mitek's transformation from a shoulder anchor company to a broadly based leader in sports medicine and soft tissue repair encompassing shoulder, knee, fluid management, shavers, and tissue management. DePuy Mitek's further expansion and ability to innovate through the on-going process of improving upon and creating new, technologically advanced materials, instruments and techniques, will enable continued growth.

We are seeking a Territory Manager to grow and maintain DePuy Mitek product sales, as well as increasing market-share essentially in soft tissue reattachment products, focusing on Knee and Shoulder surgery. As a Territory Manager you will be part of a professional team, focusing on specific key accounts whilst promoting new products and assisting other Territory Managers when required. You will cover cases, promote new evaluations and participate in conferences as well as educational courses.

The key objectives for this role will be to achieve business goals in line with Credo values. The standards are to meet objectives as agreed with your manager.

Sell Mitek Product portfolio (Soft Tissue reattachment/fixation devices, Fluid Management, Radiofrequency, Shaver Products) and services to Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff, Non Clinical Stakeholders such as procurement.

Maintain and Grow the business as defined by the individual territory business plan and sales growth targets. Increase Market Share of Mitek Portfolio on Territory

Proactively build and develop relationships with Clinical and Non-Clinical stakeholders (above)

Develop a portfolio of territory Key Opinion Leaders across the product portfolio.

Attend appropriate theatre lists in all territory accounts with appropriate surgeons to maintain and drive sales in line with business objectives in those accounts

Cover surgical cases off territory as required to support regional colleagues

Drive the commercial proposition of Mitek Products across the territory by building effective relationships with Procurement/Financial stakeholder customers.

Presentation of Mitek Products in Hospital Meetings and Exhibitions

Effective use of company CRM system

Operation within agreed budgets

Timely completion of business reporting and administration as required by RBM/Internal Stakeholders

Adherence in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC Standards, and standards of Business Conduct

Qualifications


Experience/Qualifications

Successful track record in selling. Preferably within a theatre environment

Relevant experience in health sciences/anatomy and/or arthroscopy

Experience with buying groups, procurement managers

Working knowledge of NHS and recent changes
